You can design your personalized DIP Diet Plan by following steps:-
STEP 1: Breakfast
Eat Only Fruits Till 12'O Noon
Take 3–4 types of seasonal fruits of your choice. Eat at least 10 times your body weight in grams (e.g., if you weigh 60 kg, eat at least 600 grams of fruits).
STEP 2: Lunch & Dinner
Always Eats in 2 Plates
Plate 1: Raw vegetable salad. Eat at least 5 times your body weight in grams (e.g., if you weigh 60 kg, eat at least 300 grams).
Plate 2: Regular cooked food. Eat as much as you need to satisfy your hunger.
Note: Finish Plate 1 before starting Plate 2. Cook your food with less oil and salt.
Step 3: Avoid
Should Not Be Eaten
- All types of packaged and processed foods (e.g., biscuits, namkeens, chips, cold drinks, energy drinks)
- All dairy products (e.g., milk, ghee, curd, buttermilk)
- All types of fast food items including Pizza, Burger, Tea, coffee, ice cream
- Alcoholic drinks
- Multivitamin tonic or capsules
- Animal-based foods, including Eggs, Fish, Meat etc.
In short: Avoid all food items that do not come from a plant in their natural form.

Can Be Eaten Anytime
Enjoy any type of plant-based food, such as fruits, vegetables, green leaves, soaked nuts, dry fruits, coconut water, raw coconut, Hunza tea, sprouts, and roasted nuts. The minimum quantity should be equal to your body weight in grams. For example, if you weigh 60 kg, consume at least 60 grams.
